Eekels | TBI completes electrical installation on Baltic Dream

We are proud to announce that Eekels has recently completed the full electrical installation on board the Baltic Dream – a modern cargo vessel measuring 88 meters in length with a deadweight of 2,930 DWT, built at SAS/GS Projects (yard number GSY-244).

The Baltic Dream is now the tenth vessel in a successful series for which we were responsible for the complete electrical package: from design and engineering to installation and commissioning.

In addition to the main installation, we also supplied various systems, including the fire detection system, lighting, bow thruster installation, and several of our own products such as the MSB (Main Switchboard) and the wheelhouse consoles.

After a successful sea trial, the Baltic Dream is ready to explore the world’s oceans as part of the Longship shipping company’s fleet.
