Function
Eekels | TBI is looking for a Work Planner Industry & Infrastructure for the Kolham, Emmen or Joure locations. As a work planner, you are responsible for preparing, organizing and coordinating all activities necessary for efficient implementation of industrial installations.
What is expected of you?
- Ensure the preparation, organization and coordination of all activities necessary for the efficient execution of industrial installations (E&I, Electrical and Instrumentation);
- Drawing up work instructions, ordering materials, maintaining contact with suppliers, providing an initiative for personnel planning, assisting in solving technical problems and, if necessary, advising on the outsourcing of work;
- Drawing up work packages for internal production or implementation at the customer's premises;
- Act as a point of contact for internal production and implementation with regard to material deliveries and work packages;
- Responsible for administering, setting up, monitoring, documenting and reporting on the financial progress and project results of ongoing projects within your team;
- Assisting the project manager in making calculations and quotations.
Environment
The Industry & Infrastructure business unit is active in the market segment Industry & Infrastructure, among other things with electrical solutions. The business unit takes care of the entire process from advice, engineering (hard- & software), purchasing, panel construction, implementation, test & inspection up to and including maintenance. The business unit has specific expertise in the field of process automation, medium voltage and predictive maintenance. Offering the most suitable solutions for the customer (both in terms of technology and price) is essential in this regard.
Experience
Do you recognize yourself in this profile?
- A completed bachelor (hbo) education in Electrical Engineering or similar. Or bachelor (hbo) work and intellectual level, possibly supplemented with subject-specific courses;
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position and in an industrial environment;
- You are good at planning and organizing and you know how to set the right priorities;
- Possession of good communication, commercial and organizational skills;
- Technical and strong analytical skills and aware that customer focus and collegiality are just as important;
- Healthy dose of humor, enthusiasm and proactive attitude;
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Projects, a package for reading and interpreting drawings;
- Good command of Dutch and English. Command of German is a plus.
