Project Manager Marine & Offshore

Eekels | TBI is looking for a project manager Marine & Offshore for the Kolham location. As a project manager, you will lead project teams and, depending on the size of the projects, you will be responsible for one or more (international) projects. You will monitor the scope and project planning, ensuring clear communication with our clients.

What is expected of you?

• Drawing up a project plan and, after internal approval, ensuring the realization of the project within the set budget;
• Organizing the work/circumstances together with the Operational Manager in such a way that the work is carried out safely with the aim of 0 accidents;
• Working on diverse projects of high complexity varying in size and time frame;
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, in order to create a solid foundation for long-term cooperation;
• Reporting on project progress to the business unit manager at set intervals;
• Ensure project evaluation and help define improvement objectives;
• Directly and indirectly manage all involved project employees in a stimulating and motivating manner;
• Contribute to good and effective internal and external communication.

The business unit Marine & Offshore supplies worldwide electrical services and systems for Marine & Offshore applications. Complete installations are custom designed and produced for installations at Dutch shipyards. In addition, complete installations are shipped as a ready-made construction kit to shipyards in Romania, Vietnam, India, China and various other countries. The electrical services to the shipbuilding industry consist of: advice, system engineering and design, delivery of customer-specific systems and/or standard systems, panel building, installation work, commissioning and service and maintenance.

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• You have a higher vocational education (hbo/bachelor) with an electrical engineering background;
• Several years of relevant project management experience in the maritime industry;
• Systematic, assertive employee with strong analytical skills who is results-oriented;
• Ability to work well with others and have (commercially oriented) communication skills;
• A good command of Dutch and English.
